National Federation of High Schools Video - Crow Hop - Illegal
Notice this is a guy demonstrating. That's because most women can't and don't crow hop. What women do is "crow-drag." It is just as illegal as a crow hop cause they are pushing from somewhere besides the rubber.

Umpires nearly always learn from their mistakes. It's a fact that others can learn from their mistakes too.

If you recognize an umpire in a video illustrating a mistake, rather than disparage him or her, realize the video may well prevent others (maybe even you) from making the same mistake.

When you umpire a game you become, for practical purposes, part of the public domain. That means pictures of you can be used in the paper, on websites, on You Tube and so forth as long as no money is being made from their use.
